Key Responsibilities

• Generating reports
• Assist RM team to prepare for software release-related activities such as release convergence, change management and risk management, legal code compliance
• Assist on improving process and procedure in the team.
• Prepare for release retrospectives.
• Measure and analyze data for release key performance indicators.

Required Skills

• Experience in Semiconductor industry
• Hands-on JIRA/Confluence admin skills or another Project management tool
• Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports
• Technical/ software background (Comp Sci, Engineering or other technical degree)
• Very good communication and teamwork skills (for effective JIRA follow up)
• Reporting experience
• Detail-oriented and reliable.  Well-organized.  Results-motivated and quick learner

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MS Project, SharePoint, JIRA
• Software development experience in a large team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years of Relevant Experience required
