Job Description

• Manage and coordinate IT project related activities according to DOC's standards and policies.
• Assist customers in the identification and effective resolution of IT needs.
• Perform complex system analysis and requirement studies to develop new applications and/or enhance existing computer systems and programs.
• Provides advice and assistance to IT Governance management.
• Ability to train and mentor other PMs and managers on DOC's PM standards and policies.
• Ability to learn and train others on DOC’s Project Management and Portfolio tools including MS Project Server and Jira.
• Microsoft 365 Subject Matter Expert working with end-users to find solutions to their business needs.
• Strong PM in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
