We are seeking a Product Owner with strong experience in financial services and payments to own product strategy, execution, and lifecycle management. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery across go-to-market, client implementations, and product performance.
Primary Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle.
- Lead go-to-market execution, including positioning, pricing, sales enablement, and market entry.
- Act as product SME for Sales and clients, supporting deals and solution design.
- Drive client migrations, integrations, and implementations with Technology, Ops, and vendors.
- Track product performance including profitability, forecasting, and value realization.
- Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, fraud outcomes, customer satisfaction, solution health).
- Identify and prioritize product enhancements and adjacent payment capabilities.
- Support delivery of enhancements, including requirements, UAT, and release readiness.
- Manage vendor and partner relationships to support delivery and innovation.
Requirements
- Experience in financial services or payments.
- Background in products involving integrations, migrations, or complex implementations.
- Experience in go-to-market strategy and sales support.
- Strong business acumen (profitability, forecasting, KPIs).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
