Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Define and own product vision, roadmap, and release strategy for enterprise digital platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, KPIs, and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs).
  • Lead Agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, PI planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and demos.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, QA, DevOps, UX, Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Business stakeholders.
  • Drive delivery of scalable platform capabilities including billing, payments, promotions, customer onboarding, account management, and enterprise integrations.
  • Work closely with API, microservices, cloud, CI/CD, and DevOps teams to ensure reliable and secure product delivery.
  • Support release management activities, including UAT coordination, deployment readiness, GO/NO-GO decisions, and production validation.
  • Monitor product performance using KPIs, customer feedback, and analytics to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, gap analysis, dependency mapping, risk assessments, and executive reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, data privacy, and operational excellence standards.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Technical Product Management, Business Analysis, or Enterprise Platform Delivery.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum and SAFe frameworks, including PI planning and large-scale roadmap execution.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Align, Rally, Confluence, ServiceNow, or equivalent platforms.
  • Proven experience with enterprise systems involving billing, payments, promotions, digital commerce, or customer experience platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture (Kafka), CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and cloud environments.
  • Ability to define measurable outcomes including KPIs, OKRs, and release success metrics.
  • Experience in production support, incident management, release governance, and operational readiness.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in banking, fintech, telecom, subscription services, or high-scale digital platforms.
  • Exposure to tools such as Splunk, Grafana, GitLab, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Azure, SQL, Tableau, Apigee, Redis, or messaging systems.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development or SDLC tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or similar platforms.
  • Certifications such as SAFe, PMP, Scrum Product Owner, or Scrum Master are a plus.
