Technical Architect

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy and architecture vision into implementable solutions and features
• Lead technology vision and architecture within assigned business or application areas
• Define and maintain architecture standards, patterns, and best practices
• Drive architectural design reviews, consensus, and approvals
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend adoption aligned with roadmap needs
• Guide Agile/SAFe Program Increment planning with pragmatic resource utilization
• Mentor developers and act as a technical leader and role model
• Identify, surface, and resolve architectural risks collaboratively
• Contribute to enterprise architecture governance and evolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in application, infrastructure, or data architecture
• 1+ year leading architecture and software design for development teams
• Hands-on experience with greenfield development and legacy system modernization
• Experience in Agile environments (SAFe preferred)
• Strong experience with CI/CD, open-source technologies, and cloud-native architectures
• Preferred experience with microservices, containerization, and virtualized environments
