Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and Design overall solution architecture.
• Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from an implementation point of view.
• Design/propose technical solution options.
• Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, and integration points.
• Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts and provide technical guidance whenever required.
• Accountable for the overall FSC technical solution and its successful implementation with a ‘configure first’ approach.
• Build solution offerings and develop POVs and white papers.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT experience with Salesforce.com with a strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.
• Led 2 – 3 architecture and consulting engagements.
• Prior experience in other OOPS technologies like Java and .net is needed.
• Experience in multiple end-to-end implementations of Salesforce.com.
• Good understanding of different Salesforce products – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud.
• Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, and Visual Force.
• Experienced in ETL processes, and experience using EAI tools would be an added advantage.
• In-depth understanding and experience in implementing single sign-on, web security, and Salesforce application security.
