Role and Responsibilities

• Owns the complete Salesforce Service Cloud Solution and Technical Architecture.
• Lead the team throughout the design, development, launch, and support of Salesforce.com solutions.
• Develops visually rich and professional conceptual design documents targeted to varying audiences of business and technical aptitude.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to drive the complete technical architecture including the data flow and the integration between Salesforce and other enterprise solutions.
• Offer up creative ideas to help meet the business requirements, reducing the number of customizations and increasing automation.
• Architect and document solution design of Salesforce solutions.
• Transition solution designs to development resources responsible for building the solutions.
• Help to resolve, and mitigate technical/architecture issues, and risks as they arise.
• Develops detailed configuration specifications documentation for ready use by the technical team
• Manages customer communications, conflicts, and negotiations related to overall architecture design.  
• Develop Proof of Concept for specific architecture/integration concepts.
• Capable of executing independent POCs to be transitioned to the scrum team for development.
• Perform health checks for each org and assess orgs. 
• Perform analysis of org configuration, customizations, and security. 
• Prepare Salesforce Config workbook detailing customizations and configurations or org. 

 

Required Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Provide industry-leading technical expertise with Salesforce.
• Team player with excellent verbal & written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with the Configuration/Administration of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Associate with Salesforce.com Certification(s) and Architecture experience.
• Knowledge of CRM processes including Architecture design and implementation experience, with an emphasis on conducting technical discussions/ workshops, and complete solution architecture definition.
• Hands-on solution design, solution architecture, architecture roadmaps, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, and development tasks as required in support of current and new projects.
