Responsibilities

• Design and implement innovative solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring best practices and high standards.
• Design Salesforce architecture leveraging E&U Cloud and Vlocity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Optimize system performance, security, and scalability while managing cost.
• Address and resolve issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• BA/BS in IT, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, including Service Cloud, Field Service, Sales Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Proficient in Einstein Analytics, Lightning Web Components, Omnistudio, Experience Cloud, APEX, Process Builder, Triggers, Visualforce, Web Services, CSS/HTML, and custom coding.
• Strong stakeholder management, team leadership, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Architect.
• Experience with third-party integrations, business process reengineering, and user-centered design.
