Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Salesforce solutions, including Salesforce Order Management (OM) and Service Cloud, to meet business requirements.
• Oversee system integration and ensure seamless data flow between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Lead and mentor technical teams, providing guidance on best practices and architectural principles.
• Ensure the Salesforce implementation aligns with organizational standards and industry best practices.
• Manage and optimize Salesforce performance and scalability.

Requirements

• One or more relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Architect).
• 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 3+ years in an architect role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Order Management (OM) module and Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong background in system integration and architecture, with the ability to design complex, scalable solutions
• Experience with additional Salesforce modules or advanced features.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
