Key Responsibilities:

• Design, architect, and implement end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions that meet business requirements and marketing objectives.
• Lead and guide technical teams in the implementation, customization, and integration of Marketing Cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and recommend solutions to enhance marketing operations.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, diagrams, and best practice guidelines related to Marketing Cloud architecture.
• Provide expertise in areas including data modeling, journey builder, email studio, automation, and personalization within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, functionalities, and industry best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8 to 15 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud with expertise in architecture and solution design.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, APIs, and integration capabilities.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of CRM, marketing automation, and data management principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly desirable.
