Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.
• Review and provide recommendations on code quality, ensuring adherence to industry best practices.
• Oversee Salesforce Architecture framework and handle integrations with on-premise and cloud applications.
• Lead and mentor the development team, ensuring high-quality code and timely delivery.
• Manage code versioning and deployments using platforms like Copado.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure smooth development and delivery processes.
• Provide technical guidance and support for Salesforce integration with other applications.

Key Skills and Experience

• Strong experience in APEX, Visualforce, and LWC development.
• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Architecture and integrations with various systems.
• Active Salesforce certifications, such as Service Cloud, Admin, Developer I and II, and Experience Cloud.
• Proficiency in code versioning and deployment using Copado.
• Experience in leading and coordinating with offshore development teams.
• Preferred experience in integrating Salesforce with other applications.
