Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business & functional requirements
• Translate requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product, and engineering teams
• Create process flows, BRDs, and technical documentation
• Support testing (UAT), defect tracking, and deployments
• Analyze data and provide actionable insights

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst
• Strong experience in Retail/POS systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL & data analysis
• Experience with APIs / data integrations
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum, JIRA, Confluence
• Strong communication & stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with payment systems / gateways
• Exposure to AWS, CI/CD, or monitoring tools
