Gather and document business and technical requirements for IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud platforms, security, and end-user computing.
Analyze existing infrastructure processes to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, process flows, and impact assessments.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to support system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
Support testing, UAT coordination, issue tracking, and post-go-live stabilization for infrastructure projects.
Maintain and update documentation, including requirements, workflows, infrastructure diagrams, and runbooks.
Required Qualification
3-5 years as a Business Systems Analyst supporting IT or infrastructure initiatives.
Experience with infrastructure domains such as networks, servers, cloud, security, or IT operations.
Strong experience in IAM (Identity and Access Management) and SailPoint.
Proven skills in gathering requirements, process mapping, and stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methods, as well as UAT support.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, Visio, or similar tools.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
