Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with experience in Agile delivery and mainframe systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with development teams to capture business and technical requirements, support Agile ceremonies, and ensure seamless project delivery in the financial services domain, specifically in fraud detection and prevention.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and system requirements (BRDs, user stories, wireframes).
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support project delivery using Agile methodology.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from requirements gathering to testing and production.
• Use tools like JIRA, SharePoint, and ALM for documentation, tracking, and issue management.
• Provide subject matter expertise on technical systems (COBOL, JCL, DB2, etc.).
• Ensure traceability from requirements to production releases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of COBOL, JCL, DB2, IMS, and related tools.
• Experience with Agile ceremonies, requirements gathering, and documentation.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, WIKI, and ALM.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
• Financial Services or Fraud Detection experience is a plus.
