We are seeking a Contract Business Analyst to support a cloud-based Actimize platform within the BSA/AML domain. The role involves both enhancement initiatives and production support in a regulated financial services environment, including merger-related system activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Business Analyst supporting a cloud-based Actimize platform
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Support platform enhancements and ongoing project work
- Provide break/fix and production support for system issues
- Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across multiple time zones
- Support BSA/AML-related initiatives and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Actimize (preferably cloud-based implementations)
- Strong understanding of BSA/AML processes and compliance systems
- Experience supporting both project delivery and production support
- Proven experience in writing detailed BRDs and functional documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in distributed/global teams
