We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Personal Banking Products to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working with banking stakeholders, gathering business requirements, and supporting digital and retail banking initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for personal banking products and services.
- Work closely with business users, product owners, and technical teams to support project delivery.
- Analyze current banking processes and recommend improvements for operational efficiency.
- Support implementation and enhancement of banking products such as:
- Checking & Savings Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Consumer Lending
- Mortgage Products
- Online & Mobile Banking
- Payments & Transfers
- Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and UAT support.
- Coordinate with QA teams for testing and validation of business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience as a Business Analyst in the Banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Personal Banking Products.
- Knowledge of Retail Banking operations and customer onboarding processes.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and business process modeling.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Visio, or similar tools.
