Support Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Support and maintain MES applications by analyzing and prioritizing support tickets/issues.
• Test enhancements, fixes, and hot patches.
• Raise problem reports and change requests when code changes are required.
• Collaborate with BI, ERP, and IT teams to resolve cross-system issues.
• Provide timely resolution to user tickets and issues.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Configure MES and simulate HMI.
• Test MES to PLC integration and new functionalities.
• Configure OPC between PLC and MES.
• Train users on MES and PLC functionalities.

Qualifications

• Experience with Dassault Apriso (2017/19) and MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in MES configuration, HMI simulation, and MES-PLC integration.
