ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with 4–8 years of experience to configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have expertise in platform development, CMDB, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and Agentic AI. This role involves developing solutions, supporting testing, and collaborating with project teams to deliver high-quality implementations.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Develop workflows and integrations using Flow Designer.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, including data modeling and population.
• Build AI-powered solutions using Now Assist and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Design business rules and support process automation.
• Perform unit testing, defect resolution, and support deployment activities.
• Provide project status updates and proactively identify risks.
• Collaborate with architects, technical consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• 4–8 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and customization.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with CMDB configuration, data modeling, and Flow Designer.
• Hands-on experience with Now Assist and Agentic AI features.
• Experience designing business rules and process automation.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or working toward certification.
