We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Platform Team and support key enterprise initiatives. The role primarily focuses on platform development and enhancements, with a strong emphasis on merger convergence activities and ongoing platform security and compliance.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work as part of the ServiceNow Platform Team to design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Support enterprise-level initiatives, including platform integration and convergence efforts related to organizational transformation programs.
- Contribute to platform consolidation and alignment activities during merger and acquisition transitions.
- Execute annual ServiceNow platform vulnerability upgrades and ensure timely patching and version updates.
- Ensure platform compliance with internal security policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Participate in code reviews, release management, and deployment activities.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and ITSM processes.
- Experience in implementing upgrades, patches, and vulnerability fixes.
- Knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (JavaScript, Glide APIs).
- Experience in integration using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise service management.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in large-scale enterprise transformation or merger/convergence projects.
- Exposure to ServiceNow security best practices and compliance frameworks.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD or equivalent).
