Senior Network Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain enterprise network infrastructure.
• Manage and troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, and network security technologies.
• Support multi-vendor networking environments including Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Palo Alto, Zscaler, and related platforms.
• Configure and maintain firewalls, secure web gateways, proxy services, and network security solutions.
• Develop and implement network automation solutions using Python, Ansible, and similar automation tools.
• Automate network provisioning, configuration management, monitoring, and operational processes.
• Support enterprise wireless and Wi-Fi infrastructure deployment, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze and resolve complex network performance, connectivity, and security issues.
• Partner with cybersecurity teams on network hardening, security improvements, and infrastructure initiatives.
• Support cloud connectivity, hybrid infrastructure, and network modernization projects.
• Create and maintain network documentation, standards, diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and AI-assisted tools to improve network operations and efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, desktop support, and application teams to enhance service delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Routing and switching technologies
  • Enterprise LAN/WAN architectures
  • Network troubleshooting and performance optimization
  • Network security technologies
  • Wireless/Wi-Fi infrastructure
• Experience supporting multi-vendor network environments.
• Experience with network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, secure access solutions, and web proxy technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and connectivity issues.
• Experience supporting enterprise office environments.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
