Senior Network Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain, and support enterprise data and voice network infrastructure.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, technical analysis, and problem resolution for network-related issues.
• Monitor network performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security of critical systems.
• Configure, manage, and support network devices, technologies, and connectivity solutions.
• Support network security initiatives, including access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability remediation.
• Analyze network issues and provide root cause analysis with effective solutions.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to support business operations.
• Participate in network upgrades, migrations, and improvement initiatives.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
• Provide after-hours support as needed for critical incidents and maintenance activities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer or Network Systems Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking concepts, protocols, and architectures.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Routing and switching
  • LAN/WAN technologies
  • Network troubleshooting
  • Network security concepts
  • Voice network technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting business-critical network environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise network security solutions.
• Experience managing complex multi-site network environments.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and management tools.
• Relevant networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting onsite infrastructure and distributed locations.
