Job Description
- Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
- Manage development teams using Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, Omni Studio, Omni Script and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
- Present architecture options and recommendations including configuration vs. customization
- Define and implement governing processes based on Salesforce best practices
- Lead technical design sessions with the development teams and detailed design specifications for ensuring that architecture standards are followed.
- Collaborate with development teams to perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design
- Provide technical guidance to technical resources onshore and offshore
- Change & Release Management leveraging Agile methodologies.
Experience Required
- 10 Years+ of Relevant Experience
- Very strong in at least one of Sales/Service Cloud

Minimum 8+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform
- Good to have knowledge in any other Salesforce products ( Financial Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ etc).
