• Lead and own all technical aspects of Salesforce.com implementations and / or customizations including data migrations, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom development
• Manage development teams using Lightning components, Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX, Omni Studio, Omni Script and other technologies to build customized solutions that support business requirements and drive key business decisions
• Present architecture options and recommendations including configuration vs. customization
• Define and implement governing processes based on Salesforce best practices
• Lead technical design sessions with the development teams and detailed design specifications for ensuring that architecture standards are followed.
• Collaborate with development teams to perform code reviews to ensure that all solutions are aligned to pre-defined architecture/design
• Provide technical guidance to technical resources onshore and offshore
• Change & Release Management leveraging Agile methodologies.
