We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and lead enterprise-grade solutions across Salesforce Clouds, including Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Acting as a strategic “striker,” you will drive business growth by architecting scalable solutions, developing PoCs, and influencing stakeholders with technical expertise.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and govern scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead end-to-end architecture for complex enterprise projects.
• Develop PoCs to validate solutions and accelerate delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Ensure adherence to security, integration, and performance best practices.
• Mentor development teams on best practices, coding standards, and architecture principles.
• Participate in Technical Review Board meetings to approve designs.
• Perform hands-on development (Apex, LWC, configuration) as needed.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates, emerging technologies, and industry trends.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Salesforce Clouds: Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud
• Core Technical Skills: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, API integrations, OAuth, SSO, Salesforce security model, data modeling, migration, and performance tuning.
• Integration & Middleware: Mulesoft, AWS services, and enterprise integration platforms
• DevOps & CI/CD: Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit, and automated deployment pipelines
• Enterprise Experience: Banking/financial services or other large-scale enterprise implementations
