Integration Lead

Seeking an experienced Integration Lead with strong expertise in real-time and file-based integrations using IBM ACE and SEEBURGER. The role involves solution design, technical leadership, development, troubleshooting, and release coordination across enterprise integration platforms.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise integrations using IBM ACE, SEEBURGER, and related middleware technologies.
• Strong experience in real-time, API-based, and file-based integrations.
• Ability to convert high-level solution designs into technical specifications and development tasks.
• Experience with production support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Understanding of coding standards, integration patterns, and business process workflows.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
• Utilities domain experience preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Analysts, and technical teams to design and deliver integration solutions.
• Define technical specifications and implement user stories based on solution designs.
• Develop, test, deploy, and support integration components across environments.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors for successful delivery.
• Ensure smooth, conflict-free releases with appropriate testing and quality checks.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support risk mitigation and issue resolution.
• Maintain development standards, documentation, and integration best practices.
