Seeking an experienced Middleware/Integration Lead and Technical Architect to lead enterprise integration and ETL initiatives across retail/e-commerce platforms including OMS, POS, SAP, WMS, supply chain, and payment systems. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in IBM middleware technologies, ETL platforms, API integrations, and high-volume transaction processing.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead integration and data projects across e-commerce, OMS, POS, SAP, WMS, and supply chain systems.
- Design, develop, and support middleware and ETL solutions using IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, API Connect, IBM MQ, SAP PI/PO, and Informatica (PowerCenter/IICS or similar).
- Build scalable batch and near-real-time integrations for orders, inventory, pricing, promotions, payments, shipping, and customer data.
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, automation, and operational reliability within integration environments.
- Troubleshoot cross-system integration issues and optimize performance for high-volume retail transactions.
- Maintain integration standards, API governance, data quality, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, product, SAP, infrastructure, security, and data teams in Agile delivery environments.
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with IBM ACE/IIB, DataPower, API Connect, IBM MQ, and SAP PI/PO.
- Strong ETL expertise using Informatica PowerCenter/IICS or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of APIs, SOAP/REST, XML, JSON, XSLT, and messaging technologies.
- Experience in retail/e-commerce/OMS integrations including orders, inventory, shipping, returns, and payments.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-volume retail transaction environments.
- Familiarity with carrier/payment integrations and AI/GenAI concepts.
- Exposure to DevOps, automation, and cloud integration environments.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
