IAM Architect

We are seeking an experienced IAM Architect to design, implement, and maintain robust identity and access management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IAM technologies, security architecture, and compliance, with a proven ability to translate complex security requirements into practical solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions, ensuring secure and efficient identity lifecycle management.
• Develop and enforce role-based access control (RBAC) policies and authentication mechanisms.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate IAM solutions across enterprise systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and security standards.
• Provide guidance on IAM architecture, security strategy, and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IAM-related issues, providing analytical and practical solutions.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.

Required Qualifications

• Proven work experience as an IAM Architect or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IAM solutions, identity management, RBAC, and authentication systems.
• Familiarity with IT security principles, architecture, and strategy.
• Understanding of compliance regulations and security standards (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, ISO 27001).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• BS degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud IAM solutions and modern identity protocols (e.g., SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
• Hands-on experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Ping Identity, SailPoint, or Microsoft Entra.
