IAM Architect (Ping Identity / PING1 AIC SME)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) architecture solutions
• Act as Ping Identity (PingOne / AIC SME) subject matter expert
• Provide consultancy on IAM strategies, standards, and best practices
• Implement and manage authentication, authorization, and federation services
• Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications and cloud platforms
• Support SSO, MFA, OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect implementations
• Collaborate with security teams, architects, and business stakeholders
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards
• Participate in system design reviews and architecture decisions

Required Skills

• Strong experience in IAM (Identity & Access Management) architecture
• Expertise in Ping Identity / PingOne / PingFederate (AIC SME)
• Knowledge of SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Experience with enterprise authentication and authorization frameworks
• Strong understanding of security architecture and access governance
• Experience integrating IAM with enterprise applications
• Ability to design scalable and secure identity solutions

Preferred Skills

• Cloud IAM experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience with directory services (LDAP, Active Directory)
• Knowledge of API security and token-based authentication
• Experience working in large enterprise environments
