Data Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison to Questrom IT and Salesforce consultants during the buildout of the Feld Center instance of the Salesforce CRM to incorporate alumni engagement and action learning.
  
• Work with the Questrom IT team and Salesforce consultants to facilitate integrations and plug-ins with Salesforce and LinkedIn, Handshake, Outlook, etc.
  
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data management and administration workflows.
  
• Analyze industry and alumni engagement metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement; suggest new metrics as data allows and as relevant to decision-making needs.
• Collaborate with Questrom Decision Support (QRO to support data collection efforts related to national surveys and rankings.

Qualifications/Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  
• Expertise in Salesforce development, design, integration, and training.
  
• Experience in conducting database training sessions and developing database training materials.
  
• Experience or ability to develop proficiency with platforms including Handshake and PowerBI.
• Proficiency in PowerBI, Handshake, and other relevant software and tools.
  
• Good knowledge of R, Python, SQL, and database management tools.
