Azure BI Data Analyst

Roles & Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, inventory, and partner data to generate actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across multiple applications and customer lifecycle datasets.
• Aggregate, transform, and integrate data from multiple internal and external data sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI for leadership and business stakeholders.
• Build and maintain KPI frameworks, metric definitions, and performance tracking models.
• Perform trend analysis, cohort analysis, and scenario-based analysis to support forecasting and planning initiatives.
• Translate business requirements and questions into clear analytical outputs, reports, and recommendations.
• Support demand planning and operational insights through structured data analysis.
• Work closely with data engineers and cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, quality, and usability.
• Utilize Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Python for data processing, transformation, and analytics workflows.
• Leverage Microsoft Fabric and Azure ecosystem tools to support scalable BI and analytics solutions.
• Present analytical insights through effective storytelling, data visualization, and executive-level summaries.
