Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process flows, user stories, and test cases.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of solutions.
• Conduct system testing, including writing and executing test cases, to ensure the quality of the solutions.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for production issues related to the business systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in using business analysis tools and techniques, such as flowcharts, use cases, and data modeling.
