Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
- Analyze and interpret SQL queries to understand legacy ETL requirements and data needs.
- Utilize SQL for data querying, manipulation, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Work closely with IT teams and business units to implement data-driven solutions.
- Understand and leverage commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources to drive insights.
- Develop detailed reports and presentations for management and business stakeholders.
- Ensure alignment of business requirements with data warehouse and IT solutions.
- Support the business teams in identifying and resolving data-related issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data warehousing and documentation.
- Proven experience in understanding and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and its usage for data querying and manipulation.
- Familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Advanced SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
- Knowledge of data warehousing tools, including Snowflake or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
