Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Analyze and interpret SQL queries to understand legacy ETL requirements and data needs.
• Utilize SQL for data querying, manipulation, and ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Work closely with IT teams and business units to implement data-driven solutions.
• Understand and leverage commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources to drive insights.
• Develop detailed reports and presentations for management and business stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of business requirements with data warehouse and IT solutions.
• Support the business teams in identifying and resolving data-related issues.

 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on data warehousing and documentation.
• Proven experience in understanding and documenting business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and its usage for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with commercial pharma and/or digital/omnichannel data sources.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Advanced SQL skills and ability to write complex queries.
• Knowledge of data warehousing tools, including Snowflake or similar platforms.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
