Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, and improve business processes to align with both business and IT needs.
• Identify and document existing processes, gaps, and propose solutions for process improvements.
• Develop and implement process performance measures, ensuring continuous alignment with business goals.
• Provide counsel on technology and process improvements, with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to integrate process engineering plans with corporate strategies.
• Lead process transition and support business units in adapting to new processes and systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of IT experience, including 4 years in process engineering and 2 years in project management.
• Expertise in process management, business systems, strategic planning, and project execution.
• Strong understanding of technology solutions, process optimization, and business process alignment.

• Proven ability to lead complex IT process improvements and collaborate with senior management.
