Responsibilities

• Develop validation test cases and plans.
• Support equipment design reviews and provide design guidance to suppliers.
• Support molding & automation/ Software engineering.
• Review, analyze, and provide recommendations for validation test data.
• Provide on-site support at equipment supplier sites during machine build, debugging, and testing/qualification.
• Supervise installation and testing to verify requirements and specifications are met.
• Draft qualification protocols & reports and manage qualification activities.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a validation engineer or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and safety regulations.
• Knowledge of statistical software analysis (e.g. MATLAB).
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• Extensive experience in equipment calibration, performance testing, and quality control.
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and project management software.
