Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Proficient in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Experience with user testing tools and platforms (e.g., UsabilityHub, UserZoom).
• Ability to analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and conduct user research studies to gather insights on user behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Develop and execute usability testing plans and protocols.
• Analyze and interpret user research data to generate actionable recommendations.
• Create personas, user journeys, and other user-centered design artifacts.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to implement user-centered design solutions.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in UX research.

Preferred Skills (not mandatory):

• Experience with remote user testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines (WCAG).
• Experience in industries with specific UX considerations (e.g., healthcare, finance).
