UX Designer

Primary Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile applications using established UX methodologies such as Design Thinking and Lean UX.
• Conduct discovery activities to understand user needs, business goals, and technical requirements.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications.
• Apply UX best practices in interaction design, information architecture, usability, and accessibility (WCAG).
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, researchers, and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
• Translate complex business and technical challenges into intuitive and actionable design solutions.
• Incorporate user research findings, usability testing, and stakeholder feedback into iterative design improvements.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards while meeting user and business objectives.
• Present design concepts, rationale, and recommendations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Stay current with emerging UX trends, design tools, and AI-driven user experience innovations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3+ years of professional experience in UX design.
• Experience applying Design Thinking, Lean UX, or other customer-centered design methodologies.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar platforms.
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges and deliver practical, user-focused solutions.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to balance user research, business objectives, and technical constraints to create effective design solutions.
• Familiarity with AI concepts and an understanding of how AI can enhance user experience design.

• Experience conducting usability testing and interpreting user research.
• Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.
