Roles and Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer problems and design intuitive, delightful solutions that deliver measurable impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Business teams to define use cases, user needs, and high-level requirements.
  • Create end-to-end design artifacts including user flows, wireframes, visual mockups, and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts.

  • Independently present design work, articulate design decisions, and effectively manage stakeholder feedback and expectations.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure scalable implementation while preserving core UX principles and design integrity.
  • Measure, evaluate, and iterate on UX solutions based on user feedback, data insights, and performance metrics.
Basic Qualifications

  • An online portfolio (or equivalent work samples) demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions across desktop and mobile platforms.
  • Proven experience designing scalable interfaces and interaction patterns.
Preferred Qualifications
