Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements, and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs.
  • Design and create user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless navigation and a user-friendly experience.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continually optimize and enhance the user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate cutting-edge design elements into our products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation of designs, and provide design support throughout the development process.
  • Create and maintain design guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency across all platforms.
  • Iterate on designs based on user feedback and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align design strategies accordingly.
  • Present design concepts and solutions to internal teams and clients, clearly articulating design rationale and user benefits.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you have worked on.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator) or other industry-standard tools.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability.
  • Experience in creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows.
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey design concepts and ideas.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about user pain points and design intuitive solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams and a good understanding of the development process.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
