Roles and Responsibilities

• Create modern, responsive UI designs for analytics platforms, ensuring excellent user experience in data-heavy environments.
• Translate complex business goals and user needs into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs, focusing on analytical tools and reporting interfaces.
• Develop effective information architecture and intuitive navigation for multi-layered data visualizations, dashboards, and reporting interfaces.
• Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth implementation of designs while preserving data integrity, performance, and usability.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions, especially focusing on user interaction with analytical tools.
• Ensure consistency in branding, visual design, and interaction patterns across complex data interfaces.
• Design layouts that present data visualizations in a way that balances comprehensiveness with clarity and ease of use.
• Keep up to date with the latest UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data presentation, analytics, and interactive design.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in UI/UX design, particularly in analytics interfaces and data visualization projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing web and app design projects with a focus on analytics-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Proven ability to design websites and applications that offer complex analytical capabilities while maintaining user-friendly interfaces.
• Deep understanding of data visualization principles and best practices for presenting complex information clearly and effectively.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and information architecture, especially for data-rich environments.
• Understanding of how users interact with and consume analytical data and reporting tools, ensuring designs are user-centric.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including data analysts and engineers, to deliver cohesive and impactful designs.
• Ability to clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders, including the ability to explain design decisions with technical explanations for analytical interfaces.
