Technical / Functional Skills

• Automation Tools & Framework experience : Selenium C# (Selenium Java can be an additional skill set), AzureDevOps, Katalon.
• Framework: (Hybrid / TDD / BDD) TestNG, Nunit, JUnit, Jasmine.
• CI Tools :  Microsoft VSTS tool or Jenkins
• Test Lead, Test Strategy/Planning, Test Management, Defect management, Test Data management
• Integration testing, back-end testing, database validation skills, Web service/API testing experience, End to End and Regression testing experience.

 

Roles & Responsibilities

• 5+ years of Test Lead experience managing multiple testers and developing automated tests for API, UI & DB validation
• 3 - 5 years prior experience as a Sr. Automation Tester
• Demonstrates intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader in test methodologies and integration of business applications to achieve an efficient testing effort that delivers a quality system to its customers
• Understanding requirements from a business perspective to be validated through testing and assessing them in the context of an Agile/Scrum delivery model;
• Understanding of the SDLC activities expected to deliver custom developed and packaged applications;
• Experienced in Agile practices, DevOps, CI/CD pipeline, Continuous testing.
• Well experienced in Software Quality Principles, Advanced Test Methodologies, Best Practices and Procedures
• Expertise in assessing automation scope, defining non functional test scope (Performance)
• Understanding conventional and cloud testing strategies.
• Systems Integration tester experience; back-end testing; database validation skills; web service testing experience
• Proactively keeping up with the latest trends in testing
• Knowledge of Git distributed version control system
• Experience in mobile testing, Accessibility (preferred)
• Experience working with business users coordinating, facilitating UAT
