Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understanding the existing JIRA and Xray test management processes
• Understanding the requirements from the customer for test management process improvements and documenting the processes
• Analyzing Xray and JIRA data using Jira JQL queries preparing JIRA dashboards.
• Communication with multiple stakeholders for promoting the test management and JIRA best practices.
• Carrying out data analysis and come up with new suggestions 
• Using excel and data analysis tools effectively

Must Have Skills:

• Should have 3-4 years of strong functional testing processes.
• Should have good understanding of Agile test life cycle.
• Should be well versed with the tools - JIRA Administration and XRay for Test Management
• Should be able to understand the requirements from the customer for test management process improvements and document the processes
• Should have knowledge of Jira JQL queries and be able to prepare JIRA dashboards.
• Should be able to discuss with multiple stakeholders for promoting the test management and JIRA best practices.
• Should have good knowledge of carrying out data analysis and come up with new suggestions 
• Good knowledge of excel and data analysis tools

Good To Have Skills:

• Knowledge of SQL queries and database testing
• Test Automation background
• Knowledge of API testing
