Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and software applications.
• Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and implement necessary updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure system security.
• Implement and oversee backup and disaster recovery processes.
• Maintain and monitor network infrastructure for stability and security.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for internal use.
• Support and train end-users on technical issues and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards.
• Collaborate with the IT team to develop and deploy new technologies and solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT support role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, or macOS systems administration.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar.
• Familiarity with network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Solid experience with backup and disaster recovery planning and implementation.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages.
• Good understanding of security best practices and IT compliance requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
