Role and Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring software, hardware, and networks.
• Manage network servers and technology tools.
• Set up accounts and workstations.
• Monitor performance and maintain systems according to requirements.
• Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.
• Support and develop the migration of the existing Genesys i3 Dialer to the Genesys CX Cloud Platform.
• The contractors will possess specific skill sets to ensure a successful migration and provide ongoing support.
• Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.

Qualifications/Skills

• Proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management.
• Experience with Dialer and Integrations, Text Speech, and ASR.
• Knowledge of Pureconnect to Genesys Cloud CX support with broad knowledge of Genesys applications.
• Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery.
• Ability to create scripts in Python, Perl or other language.
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms.
