Roles and Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain SQL Server Clusters and PowerBI Report Server. Optimize SQL performance.
• Develop data extracts, reports, dashboards, and queries using T-SQL. Write and optimize SSRS reports and PowerBI dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring data quality.
• Work with Business Analysts to refine requirements, assist in system analysis, and contribute to BI solution improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams using JIRA and communicate effectively across all levels.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in T-SQL and stored procedures.
• Experience with SSRS and PowerBI report writing.
• Ability to optimize and troubleshoot SQL performance.
• Collaboration skills to refine business requirements and ensure data quality.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Knowledge of ETL processes, data integration, and database optimization.
• Familiarity with Case Management or Justice System data.
• Basic networking knowledge and system resource analysis.
