Role and Responsibilities

• Assess and inventory all existing HR website content for migration to SharePoint.
• Build and customize user-friendly intranet pages using migrated and new content.
• Implement a clear structure for easy navigation of HR resources.
• Focus on creating an intuitive and engaging user interface that enhances employee access to information.
• Utilize design thinking and visual storytelling to present content effectively.
• Develop and integrate self-service features that enable employees to perform HR-related tasks independently.
• Maintain open lines of communication with the project team, providing updates and sharing insights.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for employees to familiarize them with the new SharePoint platform.
• Conduct thorough testing of all features and functionalities to ensure a smooth transition and operational integrity before the official launch.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in building out intranet pages and integrating both existing and new content.
• Ability to develop SharePoint solutions with a focus on a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Strong capability to manage tasks independently while identifying areas for improvement.
• Strong SharePoint expertise to guide strategic decisions.
• Creativity and experience in visual storytelling.
• Ability to execute project tasks with minimal supervision.
• 7+ years working with SharePoint.
• Knowledge of SharePoint framework and customization techniques.
