ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

We are seeking a ServiceNow HRSD Consultant with strong experience in HR Service Delivery implementation, HR shared services design, and enterprise HR process expertise. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting HRSD solutions while integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems and enterprise platforms.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) application
• Solid understanding of HR functions, HR processes, and best practices
• Expertise in Case Management and Knowledge Management design and implementation

Nice to Have Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow scripting experience
• Strong experience in HRSD and ITSM modules
• Experience in PowerShell scripting/coding

Key Responsibilities

• Design and/or implement HR Shared Services Center solutions
• Work on integrations with HR systems such as SuccessFactors and other enterprise platforms
• Serve as a ServiceNow HRSD Implementation Specialist
• Develop integrations using REST APIs and Web Services
• Configure and enhance HRSD modules to support business HR operations
• Ensure best practices in HR case handling, knowledge management, and service delivery
