ServiceNow HRSD Consultant

Required Experience

• 8–10 years of overall IT experience
• Strong experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
• Experience in HRSD and ITSM modules
• Strong understanding of HR functions, processes, and best practices
• Knowledge of Case Management and Knowledge Management best practices and design
• Experience with integrations using REST APIs and Web Services
• Hands-on ServiceNow scripting experience
• PowerShell coding experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing and/or implementing HR Shared Services solutions
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external HR systems such as SuccessFactors
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support ServiceNow HRSD solutions
• Design and develop integrations with external systems
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand HR process requirements
• Configure and customize HRSD workflows and case management solutions
• Support knowledge management and shared services initiatives
