We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, implementation, and support of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise on the ServiceNow platform and a solid understanding of ITSM processes and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, UI policies, business rules, script includes, and client scripts.
- Build and configure solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB, and align implementations with the Common Services Data Model (CSDM).
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Server, and other integration technologies.
- Manage platform configuration, including update sets, versioning, and deployment processes across environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure all implementations follow ServiceNow best practices and industry standards.
- Support ITIL processes such as Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Troubleshoot platform issues and provide ongoing support and enhancement of existing ServiceNow modules.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including JavaScript, Glide API, UI Builder, AngularJS, HTML5, SCSS, React.js, and related technologies.
- Strong experience in configuring ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and understanding of CSDM.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, etc.).
- Familiarity with update sets, deployment processes, and ServiceNow instance management.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes, especially Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
