Senior Solution Architect

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with experience in enterprise solution architecture, CRM, marketing technology, and healthcare platforms. The ideal candidate will design and integrate customer engagement solutions and support large-scale customer communication programs.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, CRM architecture, marketing technology, or healthcare technology.

• 5+ years of experience designing enterprise customer engagement solutions.

• Experience implementing and integrating healthcare and customer engagement platforms such as Epic, Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud.

• Experience supporting large-scale customer communication programs.

Preferred Certifications

• Salesforce Certified Technical, Application, or System Architect.

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.

• Epic certifications, including Cheers, Healthy Planet, MyChart, or Hello World.

• TOGAF certification.

• PMI, Agile, or SAFe certifications.
