Senior Solution Architect – Process & Quality

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with business and product stakeholders to understand current-state processes, challenges, and improvement opportunities
• Design end-to-end solution architectures that enhance operational efficiency, quality, and performance
• Analyze existing systems, tools, and workflows to identify gaps and optimization opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear solution designs, process flows, and implementation approaches
• Collaborate with enterprise architects, engineers, and external vendors to ensure alignment with architecture and technology standards
• Support initiatives focused on process optimization, operational excellence, and quality improvement
• Define baseline metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for transformation and optimization initiatives
• Communicate solution designs effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Business Process Architecture, or related roles
• Strong experience designing end-to-end business and technology solutions
• Background in process optimization, operational excellence, or digital transformation
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and structure complex problem statements
• Strong collaboration experience with product managers, architects, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to enterprise systems, document management platforms, or operational technologies
• Industry experience in manufacturing, energy, industrial, or asset-intensive environments
