Job Description
Position Summary

The Sr. Manager/Manager, Procurement will lead the establishment and management of a centralized indirect procurement function, serving as the key interface between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Treasury/Tax, and Accounts Payable. This role will drive end-to-end procurement governance, contract management, process standardization, and system integration to ensure efficient procurement operations and compliance across the organization.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Treasury/Tax, and Accounts Payable to align procurement strategies and processes.
  • Design, implement, and optimize procurement processes, controls, and governance frameworks for indirect spend categories.
  • Lead contract management activities, including negotiation support, compliance monitoring, and supplier performance oversight.
  • Centralize and manage indirect procurement categories such as facilities services, office equipment, waste management, embroidery, and other non-direct spend areas.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless procurement execution and adherence to established policies and approval workflows.
  • Partner with Supply Chain teams to manage procurement activities that support product operations but are not part of direct material sourcing.
  • Evaluate business requirements and translate them into effective procurement and system solutions.
  • Collaborate with Finance and AP teams to understand downstream financial impacts and ensure accurate procure-to-pay execution.
  • Support and enhance Oracle-based procurement and AP processes, leveraging automation and intelligent document recognition (IDR) capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Procurement, or related field.
  • 7+ years (Manager) / 10+ years (Senior Manager) of procurement, supply chain, sourcing, or procure-to-pay experience.
  • Strong experience in indirect procurement and contract management.
  • Demonstrated success building or transforming procurement processes and governance structures.
  • Deep understanding of procure-to-pay workflows, including interactions between Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and Accounts Payable.
  • Experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Accounts Payable; familiarity with IDR, AI-enabled automation, and workflow technologies preferred.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership, stakeholder management, and change management skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment.
